Pakistan are hosting an ICC event for the first time since 1996. The country is poised back to bring back the lost glitter with the Champions Trophy 2025 scheduled to commence on February 19. A total of eight teams will vie for the coveted title and this edition is being held after a gap of over seven years. In the previous edition, Pakistan had beaten India in the final of the Champions Trophy 2017 in England. This made them the default host for the upcoming event.
Three venues are under renovation, which will host the global event. The stadiums in Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore are prepping up to turn into a stage where the best of the world tussle for the laurels. Ahead of the impending tournament, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has revealed the ticket prices for the spectators attending matches.
The prices for the Pakistan games start from as low as INR 620 to INR 7750 for the gallery view. Whereas, non-Pakistan games could cost the fans a ticket as low as INR 310 to INR 5580 in Karachi Stadium. The ticket prices differ from venue to venue and also the fixtures. While the Pakistan games have been capped at higher price, other games see a relaxed price. The prices for India games in Dubai are yet to be revealed.
