The final of the ongoing ODI World Cup is all set, as team India will be taking on the mighty Australia for the prestigious title at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, November 19. Both sides put in brilliant performances in the semi-finals and made it to the summit clash of the tournament.
Led by Pat Cummins, Australia defeated South Africa by three wickets in the second semi-final of the tournament in Kolkata, and talking of taking on the Indian team, who are unbeaten in the tournament, Pat Cummins opined that Australia feels ready to take on the Men in Blue.
Cummins stated that it is a special feeling to face off against India and lead his team in a World Cup final. He also added that he never thought he would play in the final of the prestigious tournament in India.
"Few of us have played in a final before; a couple of other guys in a T20 World Cup final, the stadium, the biggest in the world, is going to be packed, mostly going to be one-sided. But it's about embracing it," Pat Cummins was quoted as saying by IndiaToday.
"It is going to be pretty special. 2015 World Cup was one of the highlights of my career, never thought I'd be here playing another World Cup final in India," he added.

Talking of the second semi-final between Australia and South Africa, both sides faced off at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Thursday, November 16, and coming in to bat first, the South African batting attack looked to be in trouble.
David Miller was the highest run-getter with a knock of 101 runs in 116 deliveries. Furthermore, Heinrich Klassen scored 47 runs in 48 deliveries as the Proteas posted 212 runs on the board in the first innings. Travis Head led Australia with his 62 off 48 as the five-time champions won the crucial clash by three wickets and 16 balls remaining.
